Lynette Palmer, RPA®, serves as the Director of Operations and Regional Director of Property Management at NorthPoint Development since September 2017, where continuous promotions reflect outstanding performance in leading a team of five property managers across a multimillion-dollar commercial asset portfolio spanning seven states. Prior experience includes roles as Business & Member Outreach Manager at the Platte County Economic Development Council, Senior Property Manager at NAI Heartland, and Director of Property & Facilities Management at Newmark Grubb Zimmer, demonstrating a strong background in property management and community outreach. Lynette’s earlier career includes facilities support with the United States Department of Defense and property management positions at Zimmer Commercial Real Estate Services and Prologis. Educational qualifications include a Master of Entrepreneurial Real Estate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Management from Fort Hays State University.
