Sam Claitman

Sam Claitman serves as the Senior Director Human Resources Business Leader at Northrop Grumman, overseeing Human Resources for Production Operations and the Palmdale Aircraft Integration Center, managing a workforce of approximately 7,000 employees. With a robust background in strategic human capital management, Sam has previously led the Military Aircraft Systems Division, managed Talent Acquisition for Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems, and held various HR roles. Prior experience includes recruitment management at Warner Bros. and technical recruiting management at GeoLogics Corp. Sam holds a BA in Music from California State University, Northridge, and completed professional programs in Labor Relations from Cornell University and at the Coaches Training Institute.
