Allison Lessner

Allison Lessner has a diverse work experience, starting as a Research Assistant at the Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy in 2014. Allison then took on roles such as Enterprise Sales Associate at Stroz Friedberg, a Business Development Intern at Hartman Executive Advisors, and Program Management Intern at Elutions in 2015-2017. Their experience includes Client Services Associate at Elutions and Sales Enablement Specialist at Silverline in 2018-2020. Currently, Allison holds the role of Director of Business Development at NorthStar Anesthesia, where they have progressed from Business Development Associate to Senior Business Development Associate to Business Development Lead before taking on their current position.

Allison Lessner attended Homewood-Flossmoor High School from 2010 to 2014. Allison then continued their education at the University of Virginia from 2014 to 2018, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Policy & Leadership with a focus on Bioethics. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Salesforce, InsightSquared, and The Business of Health Care Specialization from Coursera in 2019 and 2020.
