Carl Johan Theorell

Carl Johan Theorell currently serves as the Director of Growth Strategy & Business Development at Northvolt since January 2023. Previously, Carl Johan was a Senior Advisor and Co-founder at Xtra Mile AB from January 2016 to January 2023. Carl Johan held the position of CEO at REHOBOT Hydraulics AB from April 2017 to December 2021, where leadership encompassed a group of companies across Sweden, the UK, and the USA, managing 60 employees while driving sales expansion, customer account growth, and new product development. Carl Johan also served as Head of Sales during tenure at REHOBOT Hydraulics AB, overseeing a sales team and establishing critical market strategies. Additional experience includes roles as CEO of Rehobot Inc, Management Consultant at Claesson & Partners, and various board and leadership positions in earlier organizations. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business Administration and additional studies in psychology from the University of Gothenburg and Jönköping University.
