Emma Olausson

Emma Olausson is an experienced environmental engineer and coach with a diverse background in sustainability and project management. Currently employed at Northvolt since October 2021, Emma also serves as a CrossFit coach at CrossFit Walleye. Previous roles include environmental consultant at Alimak Group AB, where a Life Cycle Assessment was conducted, and project manager at Atea Sverige, where professional skills in communication, management, and sustainability were developed. Additionally, Emma has experience as a coach at Mitt Livs StiL and as a ski and snowboard instructor for Friluftsfrämjandet. Emma holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Luleå University of Technology and completed an exchange program in Business and Strategy at Western Sydney University.
