Eva Bender

Eva Bender is an experienced professional with over a decade of leadership in supply chain and manufacturing operations. Currently serving as the Director of Operational Excellence at Northvolt, Eva leads Lean Six Sigma projects to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs. Previously at Lam Research, Eva held multiple roles including Senior Supply Chain Manager and Pilot Manufacturing Manager, where strategic initiatives were launched to optimize supply chain activities and improve logistics in a challenging global market. Eva’s early career includes positions in quality assurance at Novellus Systems and as a contractor at Intel Corporation, complemented by extensive educational qualifications in logistics, business administration, and management from Portland State University and Portland Community College.
