Jakub Paprocki

Jakub Paprocki currently serves as Manager of the Engineering Process Team for Degas & Final Sealing at Northvolt, where responsibilities include managing and mentoring a team of engineers, leading the commissioning of new production lines, and ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. Prior positions include Senior Process Engineer and Process Engineer at Northvolt, where Jakub handled FAT and SAT for new production lines and managed machinery installation and commissioning. At LG Chem Wrocław Energy, Jakub worked as Process Manager, overseeing a team of eight engineers and managing process-related activities, quality audits, and improvements in production processes using Lean Manufacturing principles. Initially, Jakub held roles at WABCO and Plastmer sp. z o.o., gaining extensive experience in technical documentation, process analysis, and quality control. Jakub earned a Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
