Denise Koerner

Denise Koerner has extensive experience in various roles within human resources and operations, currently serving as the Director of Digital IT&S, Client Services at Northwell Health since April 2014, after progressing through several positions including Sr. Manager of Business Operations and Manager of Operations. Prior to this, Denise held positions such as Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Forest Laboratories and Recruitment Coordinator at Addison RPO, where responsibilities included supporting recruitment processes and organizing new hire orientations. Denise also contributed to talent acquisition at Viacom as a College Relations Assistant, overseeing the placement and onboarding of intern candidates, and has previous experience in customer service as an Assistant Manager at The Window Shop Jewelers. Denise Koerner holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Farmingdale State College, completed in 2011.
