Marline Bellevue

Marline Bellevue, SHRM-CP, serves as the Senior Director of People Leader HR Services at Northwell Health since May 2021, bringing extensive human resources experience from previous roles including Director of Human Resources and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to Northwell Health, Marline held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at New York-Presbyterian Queens from September 2018 to April 2021, and held various HR roles at St. John's Riverside Hospital and EY, where process improvements and cost reductions were implemented. Marline began a career in healthcare administration as a Care Coordinator Assistant at Amida Care. Marline holds a Master of Health Administration from Hofstra University and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration from Stony Brook University.
