Russell Camhi

Russell Camhi is a Primary Care Sports Medicine Physician at Northwell Health, providing patient care at the Orthopaedic Institute locations in East Meadow and Great Neck since July 2016. Previous experience includes serving as an Attending Physician at CITYMD and completing fellowships in Sports Medicine at Chelsea and NSLIJ - Plainview Hospital, alongside a Family Medicine residency. Russell has also acted as team physician for the USA Water Polo Men's Cadet Team. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Midwestern University, a Master’s in Sports Health Care from the Arizona School of Health Sciences, and a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training/Exercise Science from Ithaca College. Russell employs a hands-on approach to enhance athletic performance and recovery through osteopathic manipulative medicine.
