Laura Hamje

Laura Hamje has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Laura started their career as a Bookkeeper at Alhadeff & Forbes in 2005 and later worked as an Accounting Assistant at the University of Washington. In 2008, they joined Evans-Hamilton, Inc. as an Assistant Controller, where they stayed until 2012. During this time, they also worked as an Accountant at Fischer Properties and as a Co-Curator/Co-Owner at Blindfold Gallery. In 2013, Laura worked as a Financial Executive Assistant at Behar Company and also provided Temporary Accounting Support at Northwest Folklife. Laura joined Creature as an Accountant in 2014 and later transitioned to Northwest Administrators, Inc. as a Staff Accountant in 2016. Alongside their professional work, Laura has also pursued their passion as a Painter (Artist) while being self-employed since 2006.

Laura Hamje attended the University of Washington from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a focus on Painting & Drawing.
