Jeffrey has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Dears began their career at Accredited Home Lenders in 2003, where they served as an Underwriting Manager. In this role, they managed a team of underwriters, developed training programs, and implemented tools to monitor loan performance. In 2007, Jeffrey joined BNY Mellon, initially as an Associate and eventually working their way up to Director of Global Client Management. Dears was responsible for building strong relationships with clients and aligning their needs with BNY Mellon's business lines. Dears also served as Vice President of Credit Risk Management during their tenure. Jeffrey's most recent position is Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate Finance at Northwest Bank, which they started in 2020.
Dears Jeffrey earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General from Duquesne University from 2011 to 2013.
