Michael Strzalka

Michael Strzalka has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Michael started their career at BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York as an HR Business Partner and later became a Senior HR Business Partner. Michael then worked as a Senior Recruiter at First Niagara Bank before joining Damon Morey as the Director of Human Resources. After that, they served as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Kaleida Health. Michael then joined Lactalis American Group, where they held the positions of Manager, Recruitment and Development Partner, as well as Director of Human Resources and Core Services. Following that, they worked at Cobham Mission Systems as a Vice President of HR Business Partner and later as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Before their current role, they were part of the Employer Services Corporation as a Human Resources Business Partner. Currently, Michael works at Northwest Bank as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Regional VP.

Michael Strzalka holds a BA in Psychology/Communications from Canisius University. Additionally, they have obtained certification in "Human Resources: Using Metrics to Drive HR Strategy" from LinkedIn in 2020.
