Adam Hatley

Adam Hatley is currently a Special Education Teacher at Northwest ISD and a Firefighter with the Justin Fire Department, roles started in August 2023. Previously, Adam worked as a Life Skills instructor at Frenship High School from February 2021 to October 2023 and owned 2h Construction, managing both residential and commercial projects from August 2020 to October 2023. Adam has extensive experience in firefighting, having served at the Woodrow Fire Department from March 2020 to July 2023. Additional roles include Teacher positions at Lubbock-Cooper ISD and Lubbock Independent School District, as well as various ministry positions at Monterey Baptist Church, First Baptist Church, and North Pointe Baptist Church. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Texas Tech University and a Master's degree in Youth and Family Ministry from Dallas Baptist University and Grand Canyon University.
