Jagdish Dudhat

Jagdish Dudhat, PSM-I PMP, MCSD, has extensive experience in software engineering and team leadership, currently serving as a Lead Software Engineer at Northwestern Mutual since October 2015. In this role, Jagdish leads a dynamic team utilizing Agile methodologies to develop secure and efficient Spring Boot Java and Node microservices on AWS with Kubernetes. Previously, Jagdish held the position of Technical Team Lead at Roundy's Supermarkets, Inc., where responsibilities included requirements gathering, software design and architecture, coding, and quality assurance for various projects that enhanced operational efficiency. Earlier professional experience includes roles at Marshall & Swift/Boeckh and Engage Networks Inc., focusing on software development and reengineering. Jagdish holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Saurashtra University.
