Neha Gupta

Neha Gupta is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in DevOps, quality assurance, and performance engineering. Currently serving as Director of Quality & DevOps at Northwestern Mutual since June 2019, Neha previously held the position of Manager, DevOps at Kohl's from March 2014 to June 2019, focusing on test automation, test data management, and cloud migration. Earlier career roles include Lead Performance Engineer at Cavisson Systems Inc and Redbox, as well as Performance Engineer at Macys.com. Neha holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Technology Leadership certificate from Cornell University, along with a high school diploma from Delhi Public School - R. K. Puram.
