Timory Naples

Timory Naples, JD, CIPP/US, CIPM, is an experienced legal and data privacy professional currently serving as the HIPAA Privacy Official and Data Privacy Lead at Northwestern Mutual since March 2022. In this role, Timory contributes to the development of a Fortune 100 privacy program through initiatives such as the Compliance by Design procedures and the Unified Data Platform for data protection. As a Real Estate Broker and Compliance Broker at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. since August 2016, Timory engages in client representation and contract negotiations. Timory has also held academic roles as a Remote Associate and Assistant Professor at Ashford University, teaching Real Estate Economics and Business Law.
