Penelope Johnson

Penelope Johnson, CMP, is an accomplished Senior Project Coordinator at Northwestern University since October 2015, responsible for managing board meetings and educational seminars, as well as overseeing a scientific symposium in collaboration with the National Cancer Institute. Prior to this role, Penelope served as the Senior Donor Engagement Manager at the Chicago Symphony Orchestra for thirteen years, where responsibilities included event management for high-profile donor events. Earlier in their career, Penelope worked as a Meetings Coordinator for the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, planning annual meetings for over 600 participants. Penelope holds a Master of Science in Communication from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Miami University.
