Thaddeus J Kolke

Thaddeus J (Tad) Kolke is an accomplished IT architect with extensive experience in enterprise architecture and solution design across various organizations. Currently serving as Lead IT Architect at Northwestern University since December 2019, Kolke leads efforts in developing roadmaps, migrating applications to SaaS, and establishing governance processes for administrative systems. Prior to this role, Kolke held positions at Bank of America, where responsibilities included overseeing architectural strategies for finance technology, managing application portfolios, and coordinating Agile transformations. Kolke has also held roles at LaSalle Bank, Axeleration, SilverStream Software, Echelon Consulting LLC, and Accenture, contributing to application development, project management, and client relationship management. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategic Management and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
