Tom Meyer is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the mining and metals sector. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at NorthX Nickel Corp., a position held since September 2022, Tom previously worked as Vice President of Corporate Development at Trevali from March 2021 to September 2022. Additional roles include a consultancy at Teck Resources Limited, where analysis of renewable energy impacts on commodity demand was conducted, and positions at CIBC Capital Markets and Scotiabank focused on base metals research and forecasting. Earlier in the career, Tom led the mining research team at Raymond James and was recognized for Latin American mining analysis at UBS Warburg LLC. Tom holds an M.A.Sc. in Metallurgy and Materials Science, an MBA in Finance from McMaster University, and two Bachelor's degrees in Applied Science from the University of Toronto.
