Adam Fields, MBA, CFRE, currently serves as the System Director for Planned Giving, Major Gifts, and Campaign at Norton Healthcare, a position held since February 2015. In this role, Adam is responsible for planning, directing, and implementing a comprehensive major gifts program to support pediatric and adult service lines. Prior to this, Adam worked as the Divisional Resource Development Director for The Salvation Army from January 2011 to February 2015, where responsibilities included cultivating relationships and soliciting major gifts across Kentucky and Tennessee. Adam's career also includes a role as a Senior Event Marketing Representative at ALSAC/St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and an experience as a Thru-Hiker on the Appalachian Trail. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Healthcare Administration from the University of Southern Indiana and a degree in Non-Profit Management from Indiana University Bloomington.
