Brian McCarthy

Brian McCarthy currently serves as the System Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at Norton Healthcare, where responsibilities include leading cybersecurity strategy for a network of hospitals and clinics. Previous roles at Norton include System Director and Director of IS Operations and Security, during which Brian developed a risk-based cybersecurity program and modernized infrastructure operations. Prior experience includes co-founding The Athletic Engine, serving as Director of Applications Development at UPS, and teaching IT Project Management as an adjunct professor at Bellarmine University. Brian holds a Master's degree in Applied Information Technology from Bellarmine University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Louisville.
