Susan Strack

Susan Strack currently serves as the System Vice President at Norton Healthcare, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Susan was the System Director of Pediatrics at Norton Children’s Medical Group from March 2020 to November 2023, and before that, served as the Executive Director of Pediatric Clinical Operations at University of Louisville Physicians for four years. Additionally, from April 2009 to March 2016, Susan held the role of Director of Business Development at Clark Memorial Hospital and worked as the General Manager at Hanhurst, LLC from February 2005 to December 2008. Susan Strack holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Louisville, a LEAN/Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Purdue University, and a BA in English from Spalding University.
