Mark Brown

Mark Brown possesses extensive experience in property and economic development, currently serving as the Head of Property and Economic Development at Norwich City Council since September 2017, previously holding the role of Development Manager. Mark has a solid background in planning, having served as Head of Planning at La Ronde Wright Ltd for a year and as Planning Team Leader and Senior Planner at Norwich City Council from January 2008 to September 2016. Prior experience includes a role as Planning Officer at Broads Authority from May 2006 to January 2008. Mark's educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of East Anglia and a Post Graduate Diploma in Town & Country Planning followed by a BA (Hons) in Town & Country Planning, both from Oxford Brookes University.
