Ian Carey

Ian Carey is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Engineering Manager for the Inventory Management team at Nory since January 2024. Prior to this role, Ian spent four years at Kitman Labs, progressing from Software Engineer to Lead Data Engineer, where responsibilities included defining the role of Data Engineering within the organization and enhancing team practices. Ian’s earlier experience includes positions at Intercom as a Product Engineer, Greenfinch Technology Ltd as a Software Engineer, and Accenture as both an Associate Software Engineer and Analyst Intern, where skills in system architecture, software implementation, and various programming languages were developed. Ian holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic Engineering, specializing in Control Theory from Dublin City University.
