Zach Matusek is an experienced professional in the manufacturing industry, currently serving as the Enclosure Value Stream Lead at Nosco since March 2018, overseeing various aspects of enclosure manufacturing including folding, label application, gluing, and packing. Prior to this role, Matusek worked at Nosco Printing from December 2008 to September 2017 as the Lead Supervisor of Carton Gluing, where management of manufacturing processes in a fast-paced environment was a key responsibility, and Matusek also holds a Lean Certified Yellow Belt. Earlier career experiences include positions as Die-Cutting Lead Supervisor and Journeyman Die-Cut Press Operator at Eirich Machines, Inc., as well as community policing duties with Highland Park Police, customer service at Nielsen Enterprises, and a foundational education culminating in a Bachelor of Business Administration from the College of Lake County.
