Yuval Peled

Yuval Peled has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Yuval is currently serving as a CTO, Cofounder at Notch, a role they started in May 2021. Prior to this, from March 2020 to May 2021, they worked as a Technical Lead at Vim. Before that, from May 2019 to March 2020, they served as a Full Stack Engineer at the same company.

Yuval also has experience in the military sector, specifically with the IAF - Israeli Air Force. Yuval held officer roles, specifically as a Captain, from January 2008 to October 2016.

One of their notable roles was at Ofek 324 Unit - IAF, where they held various positions. From June 2017 to March 2019, they worked as a Software Development Team Lead (Major), leading a team of 6-9 people. Yuval successfully developed a geographic web-based application, managed the team using agile techniques, and grew the team's product from 10 to over 60 microservices. Additionally, they designed and implemented an advanced CI/CD pipeline for daily deployments in an operational high-availability environment. Prior to this, from October 2016 to June 2017, they worked as a Software Developer within the same team.

Yuval Peled completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, spanning from 2008 to 2010. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree at Reichman University, specializing in Computer Science. Yuval started their master's program in 2020 and is expected to graduate in 2023.
