Prior to this role, Berk held a similar position at Global Horizon Hygienic Products from August 2009 to February 2015, focusing on new customer acquisition and market expansion primarily in Europe and the Middle East. Earlier career roles include Sales Specialist positions at UPS and Tanir Fashion, where Berk developed key account relationships and sales strategies. Berk holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Istanbul University and a BA in Business Administration from Abant İzzet Baysal Üniversitesi.
