Mitchell Roth began their career in 2016 when they co-founded and acted as President and CEO of Roth Industries, a prepared foods company specializing in manufacturing, distributing, selling, and marketing fresh prepared foods. In 2017, they co-founded Notes Live, an entertainment and restaurant holding company located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and served as a Board Member. Notes Live operates a state-of-the-art intimate live music venue, Boot Barn Hall located in Colorado Springs, and is currently constructing a second venue in suburban Atlanta. In addition, they are planning to open the Sunset Music Coliseum, an 8,000-person capacity outdoor amphitheater in Colorado Springs, expected to open in Fall 2023.
