Courtney Wood is an experienced quality assurance professional with a strong background in food science. At Nothing Bundt Cakes since May 2019, Courtney has advanced from Quality Assurance Specialist to Senior Quality Assurance Manager, demonstrating expertise in quality assurance processes. Prior to this, Courtney held the position of R&D Tech/Food Scientist at Labatt Food Service and gained hands-on experience as a Student Lab Technician at the NASA Space Food Research Facility. Additionally, Courtney interned as an R&D Food Science Intern at Amplify Snack Brands. Courtney holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and Technology from Texas A&M University, earned in 2018.
