Paul Douras has an extensive work history in the field of IT infrastructure and architecture. Paul began their career as an IT Manager at Career Transition Partnership in 1997, moving on to roles such as Group Network Manager at Coutts Consulting Group Plc and Network Administrator at Right Management. In 2004, they worked as an IT Infrastructure Consultant at Alliance One, later becoming a Technical Architect at Genesis Housing Association in 2007. Paul also founded their company, Omnilateral Limited, in 2003. Most recently, they held roles at Notting Hill Genesis, including Technical Architect and Senior Infrastructure Architect. Throughout their career, they have led significant projects and initiatives in network infrastructure and disaster recovery.
Paul Douras attended Heath Park High School from 1987 to 1992, where they completed their GCSEs. Paul then studied A Levels at City of Wolverhampton College from 1992 to 1995. Paul later pursued Business Studies at London Guildhall University from 1995 to 1997.

Notting Hill Genesis is one of the largest housing associations in London and the south-east. Their roots reach back to the 1960s when their legacy organisations were created by local people who shared a vision to house west London’s working poor and providing them with a home from which to build a more secure future.
