Kate Marshall

Kate Marshall currently serves as the Head of User Experience and Environment at Nottingham Trent University, a role held since August 2015, where responsibilities include managing customer service and enhancing the student experience across university libraries. Prior to this position, Kate Marshall worked at Grantham College from August 2007 to August 2015, serving as the Student Information Services Manager and Learning Resources Manager, overseeing various services including information guidance and technology support for teaching. Earlier experience includes the role of Academic Services Librarian at the University of Greenwich and Corporate Finance Researcher at Deutsche Bank. Kate Marshall holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Information Management from The University of Sheffield and a PGCE in Post Compulsory Education from the University of Bedfordshire, and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Nottingham Trent University.
