Luis Zenha Rela has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Luis began their career in 2010 with internships at Cantanhede Justice of Peace and MRPM Law Firm. In 2011, they worked as a Leonardo da Vinci Intern at Brazilian Business Affairs | APEX-Brasil. In 2012, they worked as a Business Consultant at RedLight Software Inc., specializing in providing software solutions to European companies. Luis then founded Almeida Consulting Ltd in 2013, where they served as a Business Developer, supporting teams and small companies in their growth and repositioning plans. In the same year, they also joined Nourish Care as an Implementation and Customer Support Manager, responsible for onboarding, training, and customer support. Over time, Luis progressed within Nourish Care, taking on the roles of Head of Customer Success and Head of Digital Transformation. In these roles, they focused on driving innovation, implementing change processes, and achieving ambitious goals. Currently, Luis serves as the Sales Director at Nourish Care.

Luis Zenha Rela has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Universidade de Coimbra, which they obtained from 2007 to 2011. Luis then pursued an Erasmus programme in Law at the University of Genoa from 2010 to 2011. Luis later achieved a Master's degree in International Business from Maastricht University, completing their studies in 2013.
