Hanh Nguyen has a diverse background in the food science industry, starting as a QA/QC Manager at Vinamit JSC in 2004 before transitioning to a University Lecturer at HCMC University of Technology and Education. Hanh then worked as a researcher and PhD student at The University of Melbourne before moving on to roles as a Postdoctoral Scientist and Research Scientist at AgResearch. Most recently, they have held roles at Nourish Ingredients, starting as a Food Scientist, then progressing to Food Science Lead, and currently serving as the Head of Food Science since July 2022.
Hanh Nguyen completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Food Engineering from the University of Melbourne in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Food Science from the University of the Philippines Los Baños in 2008 and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Chemical and Food Engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology in 2004. Hanh also participated in a Training Internship in International Dairy Training at Ghent University in 2008. In 2022, they obtained a certification in Cyber Security Awareness Training from ESET North America.
