Maerle Wasmann

Maerle Wasmann currently serves as Vice President, Head of Treasury at Nouryon since April 2018, having held various leadership roles in treasury and financial markets, including Director of Financial Markets and Director of Financial Markets, Treasury Accounting and Control. Prior to Nouryon, Maerle Wasmann worked at AkzoNobel as Manager of Business Treasury EMEA from September 2015 to March 2018, and held the position of Corporate Finance Manager at New World Resources Plc from October 2008 to September 2015. The career began in the banking sector at ING Bank as both Portfolio Manager and Management Trainee between February 2006 and October 2008. Maerle Wasmann holds a Master of Science in Economics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and is a Certified Treasury Professional, earning the certification in 2011.
