Manoj Wagle is a seasoned technology professional with over three decades of experience in the Systems and Software industry. Since October 2019, Manoj serves as Co-Founder and CTO of Nouveau Labs, focusing on product development and service engagements, specifically in cloud-based conversational frameworks, video/audio analytics, and networking solutions. Prior to this role, Manoj held the position of VP of Engineering India at Aruba Networks from October 2011 to June 2019, where responsibilities included local management support for various engineering functions and cross-collaboration with pre-sales and customer support teams. Additionally, Manoj spent 18 years with Motorola India as a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff, leading the IP Technology Team, and started a career as a Scientist at Defence Research, contributing to packet radio communication systems. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics from Delhi University.
