Prior experience includes roles as a CRM Specialist and Soho CRM Specialist, focusing on customer data analysis and personalized campaign generation. Dimitra's career began at WIND Hellas from June 2004 to June 2013, where responsibilities included customer retention and service representation. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Telecommunications Management from Athens University of Economics and Business and a degree in Economics from the University of Piraeus.
