Nova Scotia Provincial Housing Agency (NSPHA) is the provincial government agency responsible for the administration and delivery of affordable housing solutions for low-income Nova Scotians. NSPHA maintains and operates more than 11,200 public housing units, including high-rise and low-rise apartment buildings, duplexes and single-family homes. We serve a diverse population and collaborate with our clients, other departments and levels of government as well as private and community partners to deliver our mandate.
