Sharon Scruggs

Sharon Scruggs, MBA, SPHR, currently serves as a Senior Employee Relations Consultant at Nova Southeastern University, where responsibilities include strategic planning, conducting workplace investigations, and educating management on compliance and best practices. Previously, Sharon held various roles at Saint Leo University, including Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Business Partner, focusing on team oversight, onboarding, and addressing employee relations issues. Additional experience encompasses teaching as an Adjunct Instructor and roles in administrative and customer service positions at other organizations. Sharon earned an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Saint Leo University, alongside an Associate degree from Eastern Florida State College.
