Lucía Rider is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as a Procurement Associate at UNDP, where involvement in the Crisis, Climate, and Infrastructure Team focuses on enhancing project procurement capabilities for country offices. Additionally, Lucía holds the position of City Leader at Nova, a community dedicated to connecting top talent with professional opportunities. Previously, Lucía worked as an International Trade & Investment Advisor at the Economic & Commercial Office of Spain in Dubai, providing consultancy in the Oil & Gas and renewable energy sectors. Lucía's career also includes roles in business development at Amperand Italy and as an analyst trainee at HSI High Strategies Intelligence Consulting. Lucía holds an MBA in International Management and a Master's degree in Strategic Intelligence Analysis Studies, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Development Economics and International Development.
