Additionally, Altschuler contributes as a board observer for Abbot's, ANINA Culinary Art, and Oshi, and is a member of the Google Food Lab, facilitating transformative changes in food systems. With educational credentials that include an MBA from Babson College and a BS in Business Administration from Universidad Iberoamericana, Altschuler also participates as a limited partner in the J-Ventures Fund, a Silicon Valley-based venture capital fund.
