Shalom Delshadfar

Shalom Delshadfar is an experienced engineering professional specializing in new product introduction (NPI) and project management. Currently serving as an NPI Engineer and Product Leader at Nova Ltd. since September 2015, Shalom previously held various roles at Nova Measuring Instruments, including NPI Production Specialist and NPI Integration Engineer. Prior experience includes a tenure at Intel Corporation from August 2008 to August 2015 as a Project Manager and Electrical Engineer guiding high-volume manufacturing in a 300mm, 22nm technology Fab environment. Shalom’s career began at 018 Xfone as a Control Room Manager. Academically, Shalom holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Holon Institute of Technology and has pursued education in commercial website development at Tel Aviv University.
