Vida Harvey

Vida Harvey is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and health care law. Currently serving as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Novant Health since December 2019, Vida previously held the position of Senior Counsel at JELD-WEN, Inc. from April 2019 to November 2019. Additionally, Vida spent over a decade as a Shareholder at Robinson, Bradshaw & Hinson, P.A., specializing in health care law and private equity. Vida holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and an A.B. from Harvard University.
