Zuzana Steinova

Zuzana Steinova is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as the Procurement Compliance Team Manager at Novartis since August 2016, where responsibilities include leading the Prague Procurement Compliance team, contributing to the global leadership team, and driving improvements in compliance processes. Zuzana has also held positions as a Senior Procurement Compliance Specialist and a Procurement Financial Control Management & Compliance Analyst at Novartis, focusing on risk identification and process development. Prior experience includes roles at ExxonMobil in sales operations and contract management from 2004 to 2016, as well as positions in procurement and management at Hapag Lloyd Cruises and Renaissance Hotels.
