Michael Wylie has extensive experience in the field of operations and maintenance, particularly in the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as an Operation and Maintenance Field Technician III at NovaSource Power Services since April 2020, responsibilities include inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing various solar assets while supervising and mentoring technicians. Previously at First Solar, Wylie held roles as Operations and Maintenance Field Technician III and II, managing a 179 Megawatt site and training junior technicians. Additional experience includes serving as an Uber driver, a Field Service Technician at GE Power Conversion, and various roles in the United States Marine Corps, where skills in satellite communications and team collaboration were honed. Wylie holds a High School Diploma from Upper Lake High School.
