Ody Osiris de la Pena is an experienced professional in the field of electronics and engineering, currently serving as the Director of the Global Business Services Center and Country Manager for the Philippines and Transformation Office at NovaSource Power Services since May 2020. Previously, Ody held various leadership roles at SunPower Corporation from September 2008 to May 2020, including Department Manager of the O&M Command Center and Section Manager of Command Center Operations. Ody's career began at Integrated Microelectronics Inc. as a Business Unit Engineer, followed by a Technical Service Engineer position at Photocircuits. Ody holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics from the University of Saint La Salle and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from the Technological University of the Philippines.
