Philicel Diaz is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in performance engineering, currently serving as Performance Engineering Manager at NovaSource Power Services since May 2020. Previously, Philicel held similar roles at SunPower Corporation, where contributions included team management, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement. With a background starting at NEC Computer Storage Philippines and HGST, Philicel has developed a strong foundation in production engineering and contamination control. Philicel holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Mapúa University, earned between 1992 and 1997.
