Roy Vincent Reyes, REE, RME, is an experienced Electrical Engineer currently employed at NovaSource Power Services since May 2020, providing engineering support for utility power plants and conducting root-cause analysis on equipment issues. Previously, Roy held various positions at SunPower Corporation from October 2014 to May 2020, including Team Lead for Electrical Engineering Support, where responsibilities included maintaining communication uptime and providing Tier 2 support for solar power plants. Additional roles included Senior Monitoring Engineer and Monitoring Support Engineer, focusing on monitoring systems and remote troubleshooting for commercial solar installations in North America and Europe. Earlier career experience includes business development roles at KRATOS RES, Inc. and Primewater Infrastructure Corp., as well as electrical design work at Primewater and a subtransmission line engineer position at MIESCOR Builders Inc. Roy holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Mapúa University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lyceum of the Philippines - Laguna.
