Jesse Kettunen has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2009 with a role as an Electronics mechanic at MariSense Oy. From 2010 to 2011, they worked at Jotel Oy as an Electronics mechanic, and at Paccarelli OY in cardboard manufacturing. Jesse then gained international experience at Thales in 2011, where they completed an on-the-job learning period abroad in pneumatics and electronics manufacturing. Jesse later worked as an Automation mechanic at Electro Center from 2012 to 2014 while also studying as a student at TAMK - Tampere University of Applied Sciences. In 2015, Jesse began working at Novatron as a Software Tester before moving on to become a Test Engineer, Hardware Design Engineer, Team Leader & Hardware Design Engineer, and eventually Head of Machine Control Hardware Development. In 2020, they became a Partner at Sentido E-Textiles Tech Ltd.

Jesse Kettunen holds a Bachelor's degree in Embedded Systems from Tampere University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2011, they completed their education as an Electronics technician at Tampereen ammattiopisto, specializing in Electronics.
