Frank Czworka

Frank Czworka is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Currently serving as SVP & General Manager, Americas at Novavax since June 2020, Frank Czworka played a pivotal role in the commercial launch of the Novavax COVID-19 vaccine, overseeing the region's full P&L and developing a strategic go-to-market plan. Previous positions include SVP of Global Customer Engagement at Novavax, VP of Global Customer Engagement at U.S. Pharmacopeia, and VP, GM & COO at Osiris Therapeutics, where Frank Czworka successfully commercialized the first living amniotic membrane for wound healing. Earlier career highlights include leadership roles at Auxilium Pharmaceuticals, MedImmune, TAP Pharmaceuticals, and experience as a Financial Consultant at Salomon Smith Barney. Frank Czworka holds a BSBA in Marketing from the University of Central Florida and an Associate’s Degree from Florida State University.
